We offer medical care for the all the ages and stages of your child’s development.
Boerne Pediatrics uses state of the art medical software to ensure accurate documentation using the latest practice guidelines. Prescriptions are sent directly to the pharmacy from the doctor’s computer. We use email for patient appointment reminders. An office newsletter is coming soon. |

Complete the Records transfer form to send to your old Pediatrician’s office. |

We must have a copy of your child’s Immunization record prior to a Well Child Check-up. Your child’s school or daycare should have an up to date shot record. |

We verify insurance coverage prior to every visit. |

If you have a new insurance please provide the office with your new insurance card. |

You will be responsible for the bill if we are unable to verify insurance coverage at the time of the visit. |

Register with the Hospital that Dr Logan will be your Baby’s Pediatrician. |

A Pediatric Hospital specialist will see your baby in the nursery. |
|
Considering circumcision? Make to sure to ask your Doctor at the hospital. |

On the day of hospital discharge please call our office to arrange a Hospital follow up appointment 3-5 days post discharge. |
|
Let us know if your child had “Jaundice” or any other medical concerns. |
|
You must add your baby to your health plan within 30 days of age. |
|
All newborns need a 2nd PKU test done after 7 days of age. |
|
This procedure is done at the Texas Neuro Science Institute in the Methodist hospital system. The Baptist Hospital System uses the “Out Patient Lab” |
