We begin answering the phones M-F at 8:00am
If your child is an Established Patient (one who has been seen in our Boerne Office by either Dr. Logan or Dr. Wood) and you are experiencing an Urgent issue you may call our office number and bypass the recorded message to speak with an Answering Service attendant by pressing 0.
Give the attendant your child’s name, DOB, and symptoms including temp.
Leave your call back number so the Physician on call can return your call.
